Project of new construction on a former reclaimed industrial area. 

The two office buildings in line, with the same layout, were born on the innovative idea for those years that consists in creating more working open spaces than individual offices; the two buildings consist of eight floors above ground, of which the last one accomodates meeting rooms, executive offices and large terraces.

The choice to realize two elements in line comes both from the will to tie with the characteristic stalled plant of the nearby axis of Palmanova and to divide the available square footage so as to better respond to market trends, both to include an enhanced green area that opens onto the adjacent Lambro park.
